Surgical Displays

NDS offers the extensive Radiance series - available in 19", 24", 26", 32", 42", and 55" sizes - as well as the lower-resolution EndoVue series in 15", 19", 24", and 42" sizes.  As all surgical equipment must support a sterile environment, NDS surgical displays include:

• Fanless cooling preventing the introduction of contaminants into the sterile field.
• A low-voltage (23V DC) external power supply which may be located remotely, removing any electrical concerns.
• A front sealed, anti-glare overlay which guarantees the highest level of defense against liquid ingress.
• Membrane style buttons and a non-dimpled enclosure ensuring foreign matter will not accumulate into voids and possibly spread contaminants.

The Radiance series is ready for future endoscopic camera advancements, and includes:

• The ability to accept eight video formats (and four outputs).
• General Purpose Input/Output connector, allowing customization.  A foot pedal can be connected to provide the ability to switch between different video sources.
• Picture-Perfect Technology (PPT) eliminating jagged edges.
• Image Lag Reduction (ILR) technology for the finest lag-free imaging.
• The fastest video response (10-15 ms) of any flat panel display.
• Proprietary factory color calibration for reliable, consistent, realistic image reproduction.
• Remote Functionality Control (RFC) delivering compelte flexibility in image source selection.

The EndoVue series includes:

• Picture-Perfect Technology (PPT) eliminating jagged edges.
• Image Lag Reduction (ILR) technology for the finest lag-free imaging.
• The fastest video response (10-15 ms) of any flat panel display.
• Proprietary factory color calibration for reliable, consistent, realistic image reproduction.
• Remote Functionality Control (RFC) delivering complete flexibility in image source selection.

	Radiance 55 HD
		The Radiance 55 HD is a 55" display, part of the NDSsi series of advanced and comprehensive HD visualization systems for Minimally Invasive Surgery and Interventional procedures. Regarded as the global industry standard for the Digital OR, the Radiance® incorporates NDS’ preeminent Advanced Image Processing (AIP) technologies delivering a unique multi-modality platform for images from different sources – endoscopic camera, fluoroscope, ultrasound, PACS, vital signs, pathology, or others. 	Radiance 42 HD
		The Radiance 42 surgical flat panel display is the first 42 inch wide-screen medical-grade monitor.  Its superior HDTV capabilities and sophisticated signal processing produce sharp, accurate, true, and very bright images. The Radiance 42 wide-screen format enables, for example, viewing of HD-SDI surgical video, fluoroscopy, and PACS images, all at optimal resolution.  The Radiance 42 installs easily on existing GI and surgical video carts, or may be wall-mounted. 	Radiance 32 HD

		The second-generation NDSsi 26” Radiance G2 HB display is the highest-end visualization system available in the industry. With the brightest luminance output of any 26” surgical display, it is the first of its kind to incorporate backlight stabilization, as well as Color Correction Technology (CCT) to conform to the BT.709 standard. This combination delivers a level of optical consistency far beyond what has been previously available. 		Fully compliant for medical use in surgery, the 24” EndoVue offers a high quality, low-cost solution for surgical imaging. Its compact and lightweight design makes it very maneuverable and easy to install on a surgical cart or boom arm. The new 24” EndoVue is an affordable alternative to a full-featured surgical display but can still accommodate high definition signals from a variety of medical imaging sources, including endoscopes, ultrasound, PACS, and vital signs.
