ND Systems (NDS), the global leader in surgical and medical visualization equipment, has changed its name to NDS Surgical Imaging, LLC. Concurrently, the company also has moved from Morgan Hill, CA to a 73,000-square-foot facility in San Jose, CA, tripling its size.
?After 10 years of operating as ND Systems,? said Mr. Carmen Piucci, President and Chief Executive Officer, ?we are sending a strong message to the worldwide health care industry that our product suite touches all aspects of surgical imaging solutions. This includes high-definition visualization systems, operating room (OR) digital imaging control systems, digital signal processors and routers, digital image capture systems, integration technologies, as well as infection control products. All these products are linked and are absolutely essential, to the success of minimally invasive surgery and tomorrow?s integrated OR. We are proud that each of our products bears the NDS hallmarks of innovation, engineering excellence and enhances patient care. The new, expanded corporate and manufacturing facility will enable us to better meet the growing needs of our customers.?
